A Tentacular TO Jam - May 04, 2015

I spent my weekend at George Brown creating a jenga-esque mobile game for my third TO Jam. This year I went as a 2 man team with my cousin Eric Klopf as the artist. I created the game using Cocos2d-x which I learned during the jam for an extra challenge. The game turned out great and definatly expect it to come back with more levels and on the mobile marketplace!

Leveled Up! - April 03, 2015

My team and I have been working hard the past couple of months on VRTX and we finally got to show it off at Level Up. I had a lot of fun checking out the other games at the event as well as supporting my friends games. I had the opportunity to chat with some really intelligent and relaxed people in the industry during the day. We got a lot of great feedback from our play testers and judges and want to thank each and everyone who gave it a try! You can check it out Here!

The Post Man - T.O. Jam 9 - April 28, 2014

Woot! I finally got a chance to code up Cat Blaster during the Great Canadian Appathon. Cat Blaster is a 2D side-scrolling shoot ‘em up for mobile. The goal of the game is to earn a high score by destroying the oncoming obstacles before running out of fuel or getting hit. I'm currently working on adding a couple more features before submitting it to the Apple App Store and Google Play. I managed to earn a spot in the top 15 out of 120 games. Peace out for now!

WORMS WORMS WORMS - January 26, 2014

I got to spend the weekend with my friends Rob Evola and Wesley Allard making a game called Wormie Strikes Back for Global Game Jam 2015. I worked on level generation, small gameplay elements, and keeping the project from falling apart in GIT.

Office of the Dead & Updates - November 02, 2013

I've updated my portfolio page to include a video of Office of the Dead, which is a game my friend Rob and I created for Windows Phone 7. The objective of the game is to try to get the highest score by shooting your zombie co-workers while working your way to the top of your office building. The game features a randomly generated level system, basic zombie AI, and a complete health system. As for the other update I plan to work harder on my future side-scrolling shoot-em-up arcade game called Cat Blaster for iOS. I'm currently using Unity to develop the game I'm just looking for a few more assets before I can get things rolling.
